I am unable to use all my points. Can I combine them with another offer or transfer to someone else?

Points are valid for one year from your Program “anniversary date.” This is the anniversary of the date you enrolled in the Program and occurs on a 12-month cycle. On your anniversary date each year, your points reset to zero and you start accumulating new points and unlocking new point rewards.

Rewards, benefits and/or points earned through the Program have no cash value, are non-transferable, and have no property rights.

Program rewards, benefits and/or points may not be shared or combined with other offers. Only the customer paying for the products may accumulate rewards, benefits and/or points.

The Program is offered at the sole discretion of Red Leaf Wellness Inc. d/b/a Red Leaf Wellness. The Program is available to individual customers for their personal use only and is limited to one account per individual. How does the Loyalty Program work?

Customers will receive 1 point for every transaction where the total eligible service and/or product fees exceed $90 Canadian Dollars (CAD $90).

Eligible purchases include regular priced service and products but exclude gift cards, applicable taxes, discounts, shipping and delivery charges, and/or other excluded charges specified by us from time-to-time.

Offers and rewards are available while supplies last and substitutions made by us in our sole discretion may occur. Some benefits may change and others may be offered on a limited basis.

The Red Leaf Wellness Loyalty Program (“Program”) is a way in which we reward and thank our loyal customers for choosing our team to assist them on their wellness journey. Valued customers are able to accumulate points making them eligible for certain valuable benefits and rewards which we may feature from time to time.
