We retain the right to modify Program benefits, the methods for earning points, and the criteria used to assess and reward your eligible purchases and Program activities. Additionally, we reserve the right to impose restrictions on the number of qualifying purchases or activities, the level of points, the types of rewards or benefits available, and the duration of the Program, either individually or in combination.
The Program and its associated benefits are subject to our discretion. Unless prohibited by law, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice, cancel, alter, limit, or terminate these Program Terms, our FAQs, the Program itself, or any aspect or feature of the Program. Such changes may impact the value of accumulated rewards or benefits and/or the ability to redeem them.
If you wish to discontinue your participation in the Program, you have the option to cancel your membership at any time by opting out through your Square account or by contacting our office. Please note that cancelling your membership will result in the loss of all accumulated points and benefits.
Red Leaf Wellness shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program, regardless of the legal basis for such claims (including contract, tort, or negligence). Our total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars ($100.00).
If you are dissatisfied with the Program, terminating your membership in the Program is your sole recourse, and Red Leaf Wellness shall bear no further obligations, liabilities, or responsibilities in this regard.
