Our Loyalty Program is offered at the sole discretion of our company and is available to individual customers for their personal use only. It is limited to one account per individual, and corporations, associations, or other groups are not eligible to participate. To be eligible, individuals must be legal residents of Canada, at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, and provide and maintain a valid email address. We reserve the right to refuse account creation for any reason.
Employees of Red Leaf Wellness and individuals employed by our business partners or vendors are eligible for membership on a personal-use basis. However, certain benefits of the Program may be excluded for these individuals. We want to ensure fairness and integrity in the Program while still recognizing the loyalty of our valued team members.
By joining the Program and becoming a Program member, you agree to be bound by the Program Terms and Conditions of Participation (“Program Terms”) and any changes or modifications we may make. We encourage you to review these Program Terms, related policies, and FAQs frequently to stay informed about the terms and conditions that apply to the Program. It’s important to note that these Program Terms do not alter any other agreements you may have with us. By enrolling in the Program, you also agree to be bound by our corporate Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Program Terms and our corporate Privacy Policy, participation in the Program is not possible. Please also be aware that the Program is void where prohibited by law.
