In line with this commitment and in accordance with regulatory guidelines, we have specific policies regarding the acceptance of gratuities: Regulated Professionals: For regulated healthcare services, including acupuncture and naturopathy, our professionals are prohibited from accepting tips or gratuities. This policy aligns with the ethical guidelines set forth by their respective professional governing bodies. Non-Regulated Services: For services provided by non-regulated disciplines, the acceptance of gratuities is left to the discretion of the individual practitioner, within the bounds of professional and ethical conduct. Redirection of Inadvertent Tips: In instances where a gratuity is inadvertently offered for a service provided by a regulated professional, we redirect these funds to an appropriate charitable organization or other suitable avenues, in line with our clinic's values and commitment to community contribution.

Items may be returned by prior managerial authorization only. All products must have their safety seals intact and no markings on the containers. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Opened food products are not returnable. Perishable goods such as foods, certain herbs, or those products requiring refrigeration cannot be returned. If you experience any adverse reaction to a supplement or medication purchased through us, it is crucial that you immediately discontinue use of the product and seek appropriate medical attention. Please notify us in writing about the adverse event, providing relevant documentation. We take such incidents seriously, and our suppliers require this information to properly record and investigate the occurrence. Service Packages: Service packages, including Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) programs, are non-refundable once payment has been made. This policy applies in all circumstances, including voluntary discontinuation. In rare cases where services or products were paid for but not provided due to extraordinary circumstances or errors on our part, we may issue a refund or provide compensation at our discretion. Any such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Monthly Subscriptions: By purchasing a monthly subscription, you authorize us to charge your credit card monthly for the minimum number of months specified in your subscription plan. Subscriptions are non-refundable. This policy applies in all circumstances, including voluntary discontinuation prior to the end of the minimum commitment period. If you choose to discontinue your subscription early, you may be charged the remaining balance owing for the full term of your subscription plan. In rare cases where services or products were paid for but not provided due to extraordinary circumstances or errors on our part, we may issue a refund or provide compensation at our discretion. Any such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Non-Patient Purchases of Patient-Only Products: Our website offers products for both patients and non-patients. However, some items are clearly labeled as ‘For Purchase by Patients Only’. They may only be sold to those under the direction of a healthcare provider. While our system allows anyone to add these items to their cart, we verify patient status during order fulfillment. If a non-patient purchases a product intended only for patients: The order for that specific product will not be fulfilled. No refund will be issued for the patient-only product(s). The non-patient will have the following options: Schedule a brief herbal consultation with one of our clinicians to become a patient. Provide a valid prescription or product recommendation from their existing healthcare provider (subject to our approval). Accept in-store credit for the value of the patient-only product(s). Please note that there are absolutely no refunds offered in cases where non-patients purchase products clearly labeled for patient use only, regardless of whether they were part of a larger order including non-restricted items. We strongly encourage all customers to verify their eligibility before purchasing patient-only products to avoid any inconvenience.
