What we observed
In our search, care clustered in two cities.
Of the 148 locations we were able to confirm, 92 were in Calgary and its surrounding towns and 33 in Edmonton and its surrounding towns. We confirmed 23 in the rest of the province.
We searched 42 towns outside the two metropolitan areas. In 30 of them we could not find a naturopathic clinic, including Wetaskiwin, Ponoka, Stettler, Brooks, Taber, Whitecourt, Edson, Peace River, Cold Lake, Bonnyville, High Level and Wainwright. That does not necessarily mean no naturopathic doctor practises there; some work inside other clinics without being listed online.
In our search, some naturopathic doctors practise inside clinics that do not lead with naturopathy, such as sports medicine, chiropractic and physiotherapy clinics. These were the hardest for us to find, so this list is most likely to be incomplete in that category.
This list is only as complete as the information we could find online, and only as accurate as that information was when we accessed it.
From our own referral list
A map, not a recommendation.
Red Leaf Wellness treats patients from across Alberta, in our Edmonton clinic and by virtual appointment. A good share of them live somewhere we don’t have a physical presence, and a good share need something we don’t offer. Integrated care means knowing what else is out there, and being straightforward about it when a patient would be better served closer to home or by a different kind of practice.
So we kept a list for our own use: which naturopathic clinics we could find in which communities, and what their websites said. We have published it because it may be useful to others. It’s the same list our team uses, including the staff who look up referral options for our practitioners, when a patient in Lethbridge or Grande Prairie asks what’s near them.
It’s a map, not a recommendation. We haven’t assessed any clinic on it and we don’t rank them. What we can share is where clinics appear to be located, what their websites said, and when we last checked. If you’re a Red Leaf Wellness patient and care closer to home would be more practical, ask your practitioner. They can help with a referral.

How this list was built, and how to correct it.
This is a descriptive list of naturopathic clinic locations in Alberta, compiled by Red Leaf Wellness as an operational resource. It is not a complete list, and it is not a ranking, endorsement, or comparison of any clinic or practitioner. Inclusion does not imply any relationship with Red Leaf Wellness. Clinics are listed alphabetically within each community.
How it was built. Candidate clinics were identified through web search, public directories, and AI-assisted research tools. We then tried to check each listing against the clinic’s own website. Where we could, the name, address, phone number, website, and practitioners shown here are what that website stated when we checked, and the Source column shows where each listing’s details came from. Some details could not be confirmed; the Source column says so where that applies. Clinics we found only in other public sources, and could not confirm on the clinic’s own website or booking page, are not included. We have not checked the naturopathic doctors named here against the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta register, and a name appearing here does not mean we have confirmed that person’s registration. The College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta (opens in a new tab) maintains the public register, where you can look up any naturopathic doctor.

Clinics open, move, and close, and websites are not always current, so details here may be out of date or incorrect, and some clinics are likely missing. Red Leaf Wellness cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness. Please confirm details directly with a clinic before relying on them.
