Assessing Nutritional Needs
The first step in providing nutrition services is to assess your individual nutritional needs and determine what resources are available to help you reach your wellness goals.
Our Jumpstart program involves an initial nutrition consultation and assessment which takes about 45-60 minutes, one 45-minute follow-up, and weekly check-ins for a one month duration. These meetings include in-session recommendations, tips and tools based on your personal goals as well as a personalized health plan, and a 7-day meal plan.
With our 100% personalized meal plans, you can achieve your nutritional goals, save time and money and have fun cooking at home!
Meal planning can be a huge challenge, especially when you live a busy life full of competing priorities. Getting organized with a meal planning system can be difficult and, as a result, you may find yourself eating more take-out and processed foods.
When you’re set up with an individualized meal plan, you can take the mystery and stress out of figuring out what you are going to eat each day.
The result is that you will eat healthier, thus improving your energy, elevating your mood and reaching your health goals faster!
Our meal planning service is included with our Nutrition Services to provide you with everything you need to get started and set you up for success.
But why stop there? You can sign up for 1, 2, 3, 6, or 12 month coaching plans that include follow-ups, check-ins, guidance, support and education throughout the duration of the plan. That way you can make a commitment to yourself, to following through with your health goals. Alicia’s journey to health started after years of being sick with illnesses that the doctors couldn’t help her with. She struggled with PCOS, adrenal fatigue, extreme deficiencies, brain fog, poor memory, anxiety, digestive issues, depression and was told by medical doctors that these issues were normal.
She decided to take matters into her own hands and after years of experimenting with diet, herbs, and supplements, she diminished all of her symptoms and finally felt amazing in her body.
Alicia decided to go to school for Holistic Nutrition and Herbalism so that she could make it her life’s work to help others heal the same way she did. She has ever since been successfully helping others use food and herbs as medicine!
Mental health is becoming increasingly important to prioritize as stress levels and mental health concerns continue to rise. Shannon has a background in psychology, is certified in holistic nutrition and has completed her level III reiki training. She is now going back to school to become a massage therapist. Shannon intends to use these tools to form a multi-disciplinary approach to help clients achieve holistic health, with an emphasis on mental health.
Having struggled with her own mental health in the past, and still learning ways to practice self-care, Shannon’s ultimate goal is to draw from her personal experience as well as her education to offer support and make a positive impact in people’s health.

I am a C.H.N.C. for short. Otherwise known as a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant which I obtained from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I am also a Personal Fitness Trainer and Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert. I make all of my food plans custom to your specific needs and goals. My passion is to help guide people to live the most active and healthy lifestyle as they possibly can.
My passion for health and fitness, coupled with my desire to help people live the best quality of life possible led me to becoming a certified personal trainer. I strongly believe in leading an active lifestyle, balancing all the compulsory components of wellness. I have extensive experience leading group training sessions as well as personal home workouts.
