Understanding that plans can change, we offer flexibility in transferring or refunding your class passes under the following conditions:

  1. Promotional Packages: You can transfer or request a refund for promotional bundles up to 48 hours before the start of the first class in the series. After the series starts, neither transfers nor refunds are possible. A $30 cancellation fee will be deducted from any eligible refunds.
  2. Single Class Passes: These passes can be transferred up to 48 hours before the class starts. However, they are final sale items and are non-refundable.
