Understanding that plans can change, we offer flexibility in transferring or refunding your class passes under the following conditions:
- Promotional Packages: You can transfer or request a refund for promotional bundles up to 48 hours before the start of the first class in the series. After the series starts, neither transfers nor refunds are possible. A $30 cancellation fee will be deducted from any eligible refunds.
- Single Class Passes: These passes can be transferred up to 48 hours before the class starts. However, they are final sale items and are non-refundable.
To ensure a conducive learning environment, each class requires a minimum of three participants to proceed. If the class does not meet this threshold, it may be canceled or rescheduled. Advance registration helps us gauge interest and plan accordingly, so please make sure to register in advance.
