Life is complex, and we understand that. However, please keep in mind that when we hold a spot for you, other people cannot book during that time. Due to the nature of our scheduling, most people who want to come in on a certain day have already booked about 48 hours in advance. Since our clinic relies on volume, we need to keep a full schedule to maintain the affordable fees that mean so much to our clients. When you cancel too late for someone else to take your spot, it makes it difficult for us to keep our doors open.
A credit card is required to secure all bookings. For all appointments, cancellations made with less than 48 business hours’ notice (or 72 hours for Monday appointments) will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the service value, unless we are able to fill the appointment. We will make every effort to rebook the time or offer you a same-day alternative at no charge. Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged the full appointment fee. At our discretion, a partial credit may be applied toward future care. If you prefer not to keep a credit card on file, you may prepay by invoice before your appointment.
In the event that an account becomes past due and is referred to an outside collection agency or attorney, you may be subject to an account administration fee, as well as reasonable attorney fees and court costs incurred by Red Leaf Wellness.
