Repeated every 3 months, or within six months when stabilized.
NOTE:
Lab testing fees are assessed when ordered, but then applied as a credit to your initial consultation.

For stable patients who do not require significant program adjustments or lab reviews the lesser fee will apply.

Annual Review
$349
For stable patients on an annual renewal cycle, we offer a dedicated appointment for reviewing yout BHRT prescriptions and completing simple medication management with a Nurse Practitioner.
Comprehensive review of your current prescriptions and symptom tracker
Clinical discussion on adjustments, renewals, or changes to your medications based on your health needs.
For those who share the gift of wellness: If you’ve completed an Initial Consultation and refer a friend who also completes their Initial Consultation, you’ll receive a $25 credit as a token of our appreciation.
