As Red Leaf Wellness’s new Patient Care Coordinator, Carissa is dedicated to ensuring that every patient feels supported and understood throughout their care experience.

Carissa’s expertise stems from her previous role at Visionmax Eye Centre, where she excelled in coordinating patient care, managing appointments, and maintaining seamless communication between patients and practitioners. Her proficiency with Electronic Health Records and other digital tools ensures that patient records are managed with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality, reinforcing her commitment to excellence in every aspect of her work.

Carissa’s approach to patient care is rooted in consistent communication and personalized support.
