She is deeply committed to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to women’s health across the lifespan. Recognizing that menopause is often poorly screened and managed in primary care, Allie focuses on bridging this gap through personalized approaches to hormone optimization, symptom management, and overall wellness.
With over 8 years of experience in diverse healthcare settings—including obstetrics, psychiatry, adult critical care, and emergency medicine—Allie brings a unique blend of expertise and compassion to her practice. She specializes in managing complex cases of menopause, perimenopause, hormone imbalances, and gender-affirming care, with a particular focus on their impact on mental health, including suicidality during menopause, challenges in the perinatal period, and navigating the physical and emotional aspects of gender transitions. Allie’s advanced training enables her to design tailored treatment plans that integrate cutting-edge BHRT protocols with a holistic understanding of individual health needs.
At Red Leaf Wellness, Allie joins the team as an independent Nurse Practitioner dedicated to empowering her patients to take control of their health. Her passion for holistic nutrition and women’s health has guided her work, from optimizing fertility to managing menopause. Jessica believes in blending traditional and complementary approaches to health, ensuring every patient receives personalized care that nurtures both body and mind.
Originally from England, Jess made Canada her home seven years ago. In addition to her professional pursuits, she is a devoted mother to her baby boy, Jackson, and a loving pet parent to her dog, Luna. Stacy Recalla, MScN, NP-PHC is a compassionate and experienced Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner with a strong focus on hormonal health, mental health, and patient-centered care. Certified in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) through Worldlink Medical, Stacy brings a wealth of experience from over two decades in healthcare, spanning direct patient care, public health leadership, and clinical education.
Her career includes a long-standing role with the Ontario Ministry of Health, where she led major public health initiatives—including immunization strategies, pandemic response, and practitioner training—while also shaping policies that impacted care delivery province-wide. In her clinical practice, Stacy designs personalized programs to support men and women navigating hormonal changes, including menopause, andropause, weight concerns, and emotional wellness. She is currently completing additional certifications in mental health and psychotherapy, further strengthening her holistic, mind-body approach.
Patients often describe Stacy as grounded and deeply attentive—someone who listens with intention and creates space for meaningful healing. Her commitment to integrative, individualized care is felt in every encounter.

Her academic studies in neuropsychology, combined with hands-on work in clinical and research settings, have given her a well-rounded understanding of patient needs across different communities and stages of life.
Kathleen’s background combines practical healthcare experience with a passion for cognitive neuroscience research. She has contributed to studies involving EEG data, deepening her appreciation for the connections between brain function and behaviour, as well as the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality and data accuracy.
Her experience extends beyond clinical settings, including childcare and eldercare, where she developed a strong ability to connect with people, listen attentively, and provide support tailored to individual needs. Fluent in French and adept at managing patient intake, scheduling, and medical records, Kathleen works to create a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and healthcare teams.
