- Quarterly Draw for Testimonials: Patients who post a visible, genuine, and honest testimonial about their experience with Red Leaf Wellness on a public platform are entered into a quarterly draw for a dining experience up to $200 at a restaurant of their choice (as long as the restaurant allows for Red Leaf Wellness to prepay or purchase a dining gift card). This is our way of saying thank you for sharing your story and helping others discover our care. Together, we’re creating a community that celebrates wellness and the spirit of giving back.
- No Cash Value: The prize has no cash value and is valid only for a single dining experience up to $200 total.
- Transparency in Testimonials: Red Leaf Wellness encourages transparency in testimonials and welcomes all feedback—positive, neutral, or negative—as long as it reflects a true experience with our clinic.

Confidentiality and Privacy
- Privacy Assurance: Information provided in the testimonial form will only be used to manage the Testimonial Program and ensure proper tracking of entries. Red Leaf Wellness will not share personal or health information without explicit consent, except as required to administer the program.
- Compliance with Privacy Laws: Red Leaf Wellness complies with Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA, PHIPA (in Ontario), and PIPA (in Alberta and BC), ensuring that personal health information is handled securely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Compliance with Provincial Regulatory Guidelines
- Ethical Standards: This program is designed in accordance with ethical guidelines from regulatory bodies overseeing Nurse Practitioners, Naturopathic Doctors, and other healthcare providers in Canada, including:

Patient Care Integrity
The Testimonial Program is designed to encourage honest feedback, with each participant eligible for up to three entries per quarter into the prize draw, provided that each testimonial is unique and posted on a different public platform (e.g., Google, Facebook, Yelp). Testimonials must reflect a true experience and be tailored to each platform, not duplicated or repeated across entries.
The prize is modest in nature and does not influence or affect the quality of care provided at Red Leaf Wellness. Our clinicians adhere to professional codes of ethics, ensuring that this program does not interfere with clinical decision-making or patient well-being. In the event of any conflict between this program and ethical or regulatory guidelines, the requirements of relevant professional bodies will prevail.
Draw Details and Notification
- Draw Schedule: The quarterly draw will take place on the last business day of each quarter, or on the date specified in our current event.
- Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email or phone within five business days following the draw and will be announced on our social media channels.
Use of Testimonials
- Marketing Use: By participating, patients grant Red Leaf Wellness permission to use submitted testimonials for marketing or promotional purposes, including on social media, website features, and other public platforms.
Changes to the Testimonial Program
- Modification Rights: Red Leaf Wellness reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Testimonial Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through official channels, including the website and direct patient communications.
- Draw Entry Honoring: Draw entries earned prior to any program changes will be honored and will continue to be governed by the terms in place at the time of entry.
Program Abuse and Fraud Prevention
- Prevention Measures: Red Leaf Wellness reserves the right to disqualify participants who attempt to exploit the program or engage in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to:
- Submitting false testimonials.
- Engaging in activities that do not align with a genuine intent to share true experiences.
- Revocation of Entries: In cases of suspected abuse, Red Leaf Wellness may revoke entries and take further action as necessary.
Limitation of Liability
- Technical Issues: Red Leaf Wellness is not responsible for any technical issues, platform malfunctions, or other problems that may prevent patients from submitting testimonials.
- Draw Entry Discretion: Draw entries are applied at the sole discretion of Red Leaf Wellness, and the clinic reserves the right to review and approve all entries before they are confirmed.

Hormone Health Referral Program: Earn Credits for Sharing Wellness
If you’re seeing the benefits of your Hormone Health journey, why not share that with others? With our Referral Program, you’ll earn rewards when your friends and family begin their wellness journey with us.
- $25 Credit for Referrals: When you refer someone who completes their Initial Consultation in our Hormone Health program, we’ll thank you with a $25 credit toward your next service. It’s our way of appreciating your support in helping others discover holistic care.
1. Eligibility for Referral Credit
- This referral program is exclusively available to current patients of Red Leaf Wellness who have completed an Initial Consultation as part of the Hormone Health Program.
- To be eligible for the $25 referral credit, the referring patient must submit the referral claim before the referred individual starts any services at Red Leaf Wellness, including the Initial Consultation.
- The referral must be claimed via the provided form, where the referring patient will submit their name, phone number, email address, and the name of the referred individual. No retroactive referral claims will be accepted after the referred individual has started our services.
- Referral credits are granted only after the referred individual completes their Initial Consultation within the Hormone Health Program.
2. Use of Referral Credit
- Referral credits are non-transferable and can only be applied toward any future consultation, treatment, service, or product offered at Red Leaf Wellness.
- Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Credits will be automatically applied to the referring patient’s account after the referred individual completes their Hormone Health Program Initial Consultation.
3. Limitations on Referral Credits
- A patient may refer multiple friends or family members to the Hormone Health Program, but there is a maximum of three referral credits ($75 total) that can be earned in any 6-month period.
- Red Leaf Wellness reserves the right to cap the total referral credits any one patient may receive for Hormone Health services to maintain fairness and prevent program abuse.
- Referral credits must be used within 12 months of issuance. Unused credits will expire after this period.
4. Patient Responsibilities
- By participating in the referral program, the referring patient agrees to act in good faith and refer individuals who may genuinely benefit from the Hormone Health Program services offered by Red Leaf Wellness.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
- Red Leaf Wellness respects the confidentiality of all patients. Participation in the referral program requires the referring patient to provide explicit consent to correlate their referral with the referred individual. This is done through a form where the referring patient will voluntarily provide the following information:
- Their name, phone number, and email address (to ensure two points of contact in case one fails).
- The name of the person they are referring.
- The information provided in this form will only be used to manage the referral program and ensure proper tracking of referrals and credits. Red Leaf Wellness will not share the personal or health information of either the referring or referred patient without explicit consent, except as required to administer the program.
- Red Leaf Wellness complies with Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA, PHIPA (in Ontario), PIPA (in Alberta and BC), and other applicable provincial privacy legislation to ensure that personal health information is handled in a secure and compliant manner.
6. Compliance with Provincial Regulatory Guidelines
- This referral program is designed in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the regulatory bodies overseeing Nurse Practitioners and Naturopathic Doctors across Canada, including but not limited to:

I am unable to use all my points. Can I combine them with another offer or transfer to someone else?
Points earned through our Loyalty Program are valid for one year from your Program “anniversary date.” This anniversary date is based on the day you enrolled in the Program and occurs on a 12-month cycle. On your anniversary date each year, your points reset to zero, allowing you to embark on a fresh accumulation of points and unlock new rewards.
It’s important to note that rewards, benefits, and points earned through the Program have no cash value and are non-transferable. Points accumulated in your account cannot be combined with another offer or transferred to another individual. We want to ensure fairness and consistency for all our loyal customers.
Furthermore, program rewards, benefits, and/or points may not be shared or combined with other offers. Only the customer who paid for the products or services is eligible to accumulate rewards, benefits, and/or points. Our goal is to provide personalized rewards and benefits that reflect your individual loyalty and support.
We retain the right to modify Program benefits, the methods for earning points, and the criteria used to assess and reward your eligible purchases and Program activities.
