I am a C.H.N.C. for short. Otherwise known as a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant which I obtained from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I am also a Personal Fitness Trainer and Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert. I make all of my food plans custom to your specific needs and goals. My passion is to help guide people to live the most active and healthy lifestyle as they possibly can.

My passion for health and fitness, coupled with my desire to help people live the best quality of life possible led me to becoming a certified personal trainer. I strongly believe in leading an active lifestyle, balancing all the compulsory components of wellness. I have extensive experience leading group training sessions as well as personal home workouts.

It’s easy to get lost in an ocean of advice concerning food. “Do this but don’t do that!”. When it comes to your health, each body is unique and requires a unique approach.

Alicia is a Certified Nutritional Consultant who used both Eastern and Western philosophy and science to create a balanced approach to health. Deciding what to eat shouldn’t be a source of stress, with the help of a Nutritional Consultant you can choose the right foods that will balance your unique constitution, and don’t worry, we don’t ever leave the flavour out of it!

Alicia’s journey to health started after years of being sick with illnesses that the doctors couldn’t help her with. She struggled with PCOS, adrenal fatigue, extreme deficiencies, brain fog, poor memory, anxiety, digestive issues, depression and was told by medical doctors that these issues were normal.

She decided to take matters into her own hands and after years of experimenting with diet, herbs, and supplements, she diminished all of her symptoms and finally felt amazing in her body.

Alicia decided to go to school for Holistic Nutrition and Herbalism so that she could make it her life’s work to help others heal the same way she did. She has ever since been successfully helping others use food and herbs as medicine!

Galina started her massage therapy career in Ontario, after graduating from Toronto’s esteemed Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in 2016. She quickly established herself as a sought after therapist within the greater Toronto alternative health community before relocating to Alberta earlier this year. Supplementing her massage services, Galina also has tremendous depth of knowledge and expertise as a Personal Trainer, Nutritional Consultant, Health Breathwork Facilitator and Transformational Life Coaching.

Galina believes that the combination of nutrition, exercise, and soft tissue release, through massage therapy, are integral aspects for maintenance of optimal health and balance to the body and mind. She adapts every massage therapy treatment to each individual, helping to create this balance for her clients and to artfully create a multi-dimensional experience of healing and transformation. Galina’s goal is to draw on her constellation of additional skills and expertise in order to offer Red Leaf Wellness clients with a truly unique massage therapy experience. She is pleased to offer every client professional care in our beautiful and relaxing environment.

While working with deep tissue, Galina believes in applying pressure slowly, thus minimising discomfort and allowing the body to relax completely. Treatments range from specific work on chronic areas and injuries, to full body muscle, tension, and stress reduction.
